What is sento?
One of the features of Japanese travel is to relax in a hot spring. Since Japan is located in a volcanic area, there are around 30000 hot springs in Japan, whose number is the most in the world. However, it is a little expensive to visit hot springs, but in Tokyo, there are lots of cheap public bathhouses (around 300), Sento, which is one type of hot spring. The entrance fee is just 500 JPY but you can relax in it. In this video, we would like to introduce the best sento in tokyo.

In September 2021, it was reopened as a new "geo sento". The interior design looks like the inside of the earth.
There are bubbling springs, saunas, and water baths in addition to the conventional bath (medium temperature) at the underground area.
You can experience the feeling of bathing in an oasis public bath.

A 10-minute walk from JR Ueno Station and a 2-minute walk from Inaricho Station on the Ginza Line.
There is an open-air bath, which is rare in Tokyo.
It is a fun sento where you can always see something new, such as the hot springs of the day, the mail magazine, and collaborations with BEAMS and the movie Avengers.
3.Syowa-Yokujo(昭和浴場)

You can see the magic show inside the bath. The owner of this public bath is famous world magician, so in the evening, you can relax and enjoy his magic show.

4 minutes walk from HigashiNakano station at the Sobu line. There is swimming pool next to the sauna.
