Payment Method
STEP 1: Look for [ Famiport ] machine.
STEP 2: Select 「金融サービス/国際送金」"Financial Services / International Remittance" from the top menu screen.
* You can change the display language from the "LANGUAGE" button on the upper right. The smart pit service is available in 6 languages: Japanese, Chinese, English, Korean, Portuguese, and Russian.
STEP 3: Select "Smart Pit" 「スマートピット」.
STEP 4: Smart Pit Payment Information will be displayed. Please check the contents and then click the "Confirm"「確認」 button.
STEP 5: Enter the "Smart Pit Number (13 digits)" and click the "OK" button.
STEP 6: Your billing information will be displayed. Select (touch) the billing information you want to pay and press the "OK" button.
* If billing information is not displayed, please contact Mash-Up R Support channel written behind your Smart Pit card.
* If multiple billing information is displayed, please confirm your billing information or inquiry to Mash-Up R Support channel written behind your Smart Pit card.
* If you need to make multiple payments, please re-operate after completing the selected payment.
STEP 7: Please check the selected billing information again and click the "OK" button.
STEP 8: A slip will be issued, please take it to pay at the cash register.
* The application ticket is valid for 30 minutes after it is issued. Please pay within 30 minutes after issuing the ticket.
STEP 9: Please wait and keep your receipt from the cashier staff.
STEP 1: Look for [ Loppi ] machine.
STEP 2: Select 1st button「各種番号をお持ちの方」 from the Loppi screen.
STEP 3: Enter the Smart Pit Number (13 digits behind your payment card)
STEP 4: After entering, click Next button「次へ」.
STEP 5: Select Smart Pit Payment 「スマートピットお支払い」.
* If the number entered on the previous screen is other than "13 digits", "Smart Pit Payment" will not be displayed. In this case, click the "Forward" 「前へ」button or "Back"「前に戻る」 button and enter the "Smart Pit Number (13 digits)" again.
STEP 6: Your billing information will be displayed. Select (touch) the billing information you want to pay and press the "OK" button.
* If billing information is not displayed, please contact Mash-Up R Support channel written behind your Smart Pit card.
* If multiple billing information is displayed, please confirm your billing information or inquiry to Mash-Up R Support channel written behind your Smart Pit card.
STEP 7: After selecting your billing to be paid, click the Confirm button「確定する」.
STEP 8: Please check the selected billing information again and click the Confirm button「確定する」.
A slip will be issued, please take it to pay at the cash register. * The application ticket is valid for 30 minutes after it is issued. Please pay within 30 minutes after issuing the ticket.
STEP 9: Please wait and keep your receipt from the cashier staff.
1. We will send you 2 documents after you request from our customer support. After the documents arrive, Please use HANKO/STAM/SEAL/SIGN. (No need to fill or write anything)
2. Send a photo to our customer support or copy of your bank account book in Mash Up R return envelope (Free). Require the following:
- Bank name and branch name
- Account name and number
3. Send all documents back to our office to complete the paper.
